Terms and Conditions
• Valid in the United States and Canada only.
• This voucher entitles the original purchaser to receive two (2) replacement quartz heating elements, model EF30240E, 240V/3000W, at no charge, subject to these terms and conditions.
• Voucher is valid for four (4) years from the original date of purchase of the qualifying Eurofase Heating product. Original dated proof of purchase and this voucher are required to make a claim. Limit one voucher redemption per qualifying product/purchase.
• Voucher applies to replacement elements only. Installation, labour, service, removal, shipping and other associated costs are not included, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Replacement elements are subject to availability. Eurofase reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement element if the specified element is discontinued or unavailable.
• Voucher has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash or credit, may not be sold or reproduced, and is void if altered, duplicated or obtained through unauthorized means. Offer cannot be combined with another replacement-element promotion unless expressly authorized by Eurofase.
• This promotional benefit is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable federal, state, provincial or territorial law.
